I went to a beautiful wedding on Saturday at a location half an hour away from my home that I had never heard of before…and it was a fabulous surprise.   It’s called Leaning Church Vineyard, at Lalla, and even though it was icy cold, the setting was gorgeous.  Rolling hills of vines and amazing forest beyond that.  Very picturesque.

Funnily enough, the wedding wasn’t held in the church, as apparently it is leaning a little too much!!  But it is also very small, so there is a large marquee set up right next to it.

So naturally, I had to make a card for the special occasion…

I love making these flowers, they are super simple and usually turn out great.  I sprayed some silver “Smooch Spritz” from Stampin’ Up! on the grey flower to pretty it up even more.  And I had these pre-shaped rhinestone flower petals which have become the leaves for this card.

 I do quite love grey, which is apparently the new black.  Well, I’m still wearing black, but grey does look great with pink, I’ve decided!
